Answering Questions About Your Convertible Wrap Dress

Our dress is so easy to care for: machine wash and dry! All you have to do is put your dress in the laundry bag, tie the bag tightly, and then throw it in the washer and dryer just like your everyday laundry. The dress can sometimes worm its way out of the bag, however, so just make sure that you make the knot of the laundry bag nice and tight.

Everything we use to create our convertible wrap dresses is made and sold locally in Coquitlam BC. All of our fabrics are sourced from Canadian manufacturers, which means nothing is imported.

We offer free colour swatches for each dress if you’re not sure! Send us a message if you’d like to receive one. You can also follow us on Facebook to see Emily’s latest designs in the making and vote for your favourite kind of dress designs!

The majority of our dresses are made of a polyester-spandex blend, and each one varies in its weight and texture. We do have some items that are made of a cotton-spandex blend or a bamboo-spandex blend. Be sure to read the individual dress descriptions on our site!

Yes! Due to our unique design, our dresses fit all shapes and sizes! Even if your weight fluctuates, the dress will still fit you! Our Regular size fits traditional sizes 0-16, Plus size fits traditional 1x-2x, and our Queen size fits traditional 3x-4x. We can custom make your dress if your size exceeds 4x, however you will need to come in for a fitting in person to the studio so that we can use the correct measurements.

Absolutely! If you’re not happy with the length and would like it a little bit shorter or a little bit longer, we can alter it for you. We can even alter a floor-length to a knee-length, and a knee-length into a mini – it’s all included in the initial price, so there’s no extra cost to you.

You can pay for your dress on our website using Paypal and e-transfer. At the shows we attend or at our studio, we accept payments in the form of VISA, Mastercard, debit, cash, and e-transfer.

Because all of our dresses are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

You don’t have to worry about wrinkles at all, actually! Thanks to the materials we use—the polyester-spandex blend, cotton-spandex blend, and bamboo-spandex blend—wrinkles are not something you ever need to worry about appearing, even when you leave it in the suitcase for a long time when traveling! Just put the dress on, tie it up, and you’re good to go no matter what the occasion!

We recommend you get in touch with us at least 6 months prior to the wedding date. That way we’ll all have plenty of time to decide on the perfect dress for your wedding AND for the girls who matter so much to you in your life! It will also allow us time to provide any alterations and to plan for helping you and your bridesmaids tie their dresses the day of the wedding so you have one less thing to worry about. Send us a message if you’d like to receive colour swatches for free.

Oh no! We hate it when that happens! If you’ve lost or misplaced your wrapping instructions (or for some bizarre reason they weren’t included in your package), send us a message and we can send you another booklet. Don’t forget to watch the videos!
