September is the month of going back to school and, after Labour Day, work. There may be a dress code policy in place or a safety policy for clothing while at work (again, it depends on the job—construction, police, dentistry, or nursing you absolutely for sure should stick with the correct gear and uniforms). Again, depending on where you work, you may need to pin your hair back or up to keep it out of your face while working. In terms of jewelry, simple yet elegant choices are usually a pretty good match with the workplace. A wrist watch can add its own special kind of bling while also making you look like you’re ready to go to work. Longer necklaces and short/studded earrings when paired together can also add some flair to your attire. A brooch can also keep your chest non-exposed if you’re worried about that but still want to wear your wrap dress.
