Whether you celebrate the holiday or not, Easter has its own little rainbow of colours and styling options for everyone, no matter your age or size. Some women host Easter dinner; others may be playing with their kids. Even more are probably trying to stay clean while helping dye eggs!
Even if most of your plans for the holiday may take place indoors, there’s no harm in dressing up! It can help you take your mind off things, and you can focus on having fun with your family and loved ones.
Whatever your plans may be, we have some ideas for you. Here are some Easter dress styling tips for the holiday.
Easter is all about being light and colourful. Pastels are always a popular choice, but so too are light neutrals such as whites, creams, and greys. Having a neutral-shaded dress can make the Easter colours shine all the more clearly.

Print or solid?
Floral prints are very popular this time of the year. However, not every woman is looking for this style, and they may want to go with solid options instead.
There are some prints available at our shop as well that are not strictly floral either!
Accessories for this particular holiday should be simple and not too flashy. Lace makes for a wonderful addition in the form of gloves or top if you style your dress into a skirt. Brooches are extremely popular jewelry since they can be worn for any occasion. Maybe you have a pair of earrings that match your dress colour perfectly?
How to style
Strap options are also something to consider if you’re looking to wear your convertible wrap dress for the holiday.
- If you’re a mom, you’re definitely going to want to cover up your favourite dress to avoid stains. Strapped dresses with a tube top can cover up bra straps you’d rather not reveal. One-shoulder is easiest for moms who are raising a new baby!
- Halter with a tube top is also an ideal look and way to avoid bras from being noticed.
- Avoid twisting the straps of your dress so that you can easily add a light sweater or shirt overtop (this tip can help moms who need to cover up their nice dress before egg dying, or if you want to avoid clothing stains during dinner).
- The reverse sweetheart (watch the video here) can also help you hide your bra, plus you can adjust the sleeves accordingly. If you find this too revealing, add a shawl or light cover on top and pin with a brooch together.
